Dear Friends

As the nights lengthen and the days become just a little bit colder, I have the chance at last to tell you about some of the wonderful times we have had here this summer - always our busiest time of the year.

I believe there are four highly important ingredients that make Carlton Seamill an outstandingly good B & B.

(1) Our much-loved, characterful, Scottish Victorian house, built in 1883;
(2) Our breathtaking view to the Isle of Arran and the Firth of Clyde - surely one of the loveliest sea-views in all Scotland;
(3) The wealth of tourist attractions, places of interest and other activities that are only a reasonably short drive from here;
(4) The many great people, from all round the world, who visit Carlton Seamill B & B and who regard it as "a home from home".
